  • Right-click the Test123 folder and choose the Properties option.
  • Go to the Security tab and then click on the Edit option.
  • Choose the service named QBDataServiceUserXX (XX denotes the version of QuickBooks Desktop) and checkmark the Full Control checkbox.
  • Click on the Allow option.
  • At last, select the Apply option and then click on the OK button.
